The Belanger School of Nursing has been providing nursing students with top-notch educational experiences for more than a century. The Belanger School of Nursing strives to achieve high standards for its students, and our success is evident by the following statistics, disaggregated by degree type.

Employment Rates By Degree Type

Data gathered through a survey of students six-month after graduation.

2023

Associate Degree

  • 69% (24/35) of students responded to the survey, 54% (13/24) reported that they were employed as an RN.
  • 51% (18/35) of students have been employed as an RN at Ellis Medicine as reported by Ellis Medicine Human Resources.

Dual Degree

  • 89% (18/22) of students responded to the survey, 17% (3/18) reported that they were employed as an RN.
  • 59% (13/22) of students have been employed as an RN at Ellis Medicine as reported by Ellis Medicine Human Resources.
  • Students who did not respond to the survey or reported they are not seeking employment as an RN, are assumed to be finishing their BSN degree.
     

2024

Associate Degree

  • 43% (9/21) of students responded to the survey, 100% (9/9) reported that they were employed as an RN.
  • 67% (14/21) of students have been employed as an RN at Ellis Medicine as reported by Ellis Medicine Human Resources.

Dual Degree

  • 32% (9/28) of students responded to the survey, 33% (3/9) reported that they were employed as an RN.
  • 21% (6/28) of students have been employed as an RN at Ellis Medicine as reported by Ellis Medicine Human Resources.
  • Students who did not respond to the survey or reported they are not seeking employment as an RN, are assumed to be finishing their BSN degree.
     

2025

Associate Degree

  • 47% (20/43) of students responded to the survey, 85% (17/20) reported that they were employed as an RN.
  • 66% (27/41) of students have been employed as an RN at Ellis Medicine as reported by Ellis Medicine Human Resources.

Dual Degree

  • 31% (10/32) of students responded to the survey, 90% (9/10) reported that they were employed as an RN.
  • 22% (7/32) of students have been employed as an RN at Ellis Medicine as reported by Ellis Medicine Human Resources.
  • Students who did not respond to the survey or reported they are not seeking employment as an RN, are assumed to be finishing their BSN degree.
