Sherrie has more than 30 years of nursing experience, 17 practicing as a nurse practitioner. She is licensed in New York State and Vermont. She joined Ellis’ hospitalist team in 2010. Previously, she worked in Pulmonary and Critical Care at Ellis Hospital. She is a member of the 109th Air National Guard where she also works as a nurse practitioner. As part of her military service, she has traveled to Antarctica, Greenland and the Middle East.

Sharon has more than 40 years experience in healthcare, working at Ellis Hospital in such roles as a staff nurse in the Neurological Constant Care Unit, and as a nurse practitioner. She has been a member of the Ellis hospitalist team since the program began in 1997.
