If you're looking for a rewarding place to work as a registered
nurse then Ellis Medicine is the place for you!
The Ellis Nursing Department consists of inpatient and outpatient
nursing units on three campuses that provide nursing care to acutely
ill patients and others who require skilled services. The nursing
care provided at Ellis Medicine allows patients to prevent or
recover from illness, maintain their health and, when necessary,
maintain dignity during the dying process.
The Role of Education

nursing units and patient populations.
Educational opportunities for staff include:

Great Pay, Benefits and More!
Ellis Medicine offers competitive salaries for registered nurses,
a variety of shift options and comprehensive benefit packages.
Additionally, Ellis Medicine does not utilize mandatory overtime as
part of its routine staffing plan. Mandatory overtime is only
reserved for a critical situation, which last occurred in March of
2002.
Ellis also offers a Clinical Ladder Program that recognizes
nurses for expertise in clinical nursing practice. This program
allows nurses who have consistently demonstrated all of the
performance standards in the registered nurse job description to
apply for recognition of their practice. There are three levels to
the Clinical Ladder Program that an RN can apply for, and each level
offers a monetary award in addition to the recognition of clinical
achievement.
