Epilepsy Monitoring Unit

State-of-the-art technology plays a crucial role in Ellis Hospital’s new Epilepsy Monitoring Unit. Through EEG, video and sound recordings, data is obtained that enables our neurology experts to accurately diagnose epilepsy, epilepsy syndromes, non-epileptic seizures and behavior disorders. When outpatient monitoring is an option, ambulatory EEG monitoring is available - convenient for pediatric and adolescent patients, as well as those who prefer to be at home during testing.
